As an AI Engineer, I am responsible for crafting prompts that drive the entire system. I developed Python tools to automate response generation and build workflows where the next prompts utilize the output of previous ones. My role also involved creating criteria for prompt responses, and verifying and evaluating outputs to ensure quality and relevance.

As a Senior Solution Engineer, I helped customers using our product - a virtual waiting room solution, provided technical guidance, troubleshot, managed support tickets, and event monitoring. The product included over 50 connectors with a wide range of technologies.

Overseeing the planning, monitoring, and leadership of DevOps operations, focusing on effectively managing service delivery, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems for a dynamic retail company. Achieved 30% cost reduction in AWS infrastructure.

Developed a car-sharing service from scratch using Java Spring Boot as the backend and React Native for the front end with a team size of 12 staff at peak time. The system allowed users to rent a car(s) at a station for a specific duration in a region.

Maintained and implemented new features across multiple systems in the education domain for customers. Served as ScrumMaster and Account/Project Manager, training the team on the Scrum framework and system testing.
